Time Care is a subscription-based app that tracks employee attendance, including presence, lateness, and absences, while managing holidays.

It also features top employee logs and a departmental overview, offering businesses real-time insights to optimize workforce management.

Problems

Business owners, HR managers, and payroll managers struggled with managing employee payroll and attendance effectively.

This led to inefficiencies and inaccuracies in tracking employee data.

Challanges

Competitive analysis revealed no existing app that combines both payroll and attendance management in one solution.
